What is the Electro Union?
A 2040 Europe organised around electrification, of industry, defence, capital and politics, instead of around imported energy and exported intellectual property. A peace project that meets the stakes of the future, built in partnership with other middle powers. Also an open letter from Norrsken Foundation.

Why a stack and not a list?
Because climate policy is industrial policy is regenerative policy. A stack has interdependent layers that need to be designed for prolific innovation and cross-fertilisation at and across every layer. Pick recommendations at the expense of others and the whole architecture stops compounding.
What happens if Europe doesn't do this?
Europe becomes a museum with questionable public transport.
